Things people ask.

What is Founding Member?

A one-time $99 payment for Pro, for life. No subscription and no renewals. It's limited to 500 founding members, and when they're gone the offer closes. Already using TWO? You can get it from Settings in the app.

Does Founding Member include Team?

No. Founding Member is Pro for life, including sharing a workspace with 2 people. Team will be its own plan.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No card, no timer. Thirty docs is enough to make TWO your main writing app and decide for yourself.

Does TWO use AI?

No. There is no AI writing, summarizing or suggesting anywhere in the app, and your words are never used to train anything.

What happens when my trial ends?

You move to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted. You can upgrade again at any time.

Can I get a refund?

Founding Member can be refunded within 14 days if TWO isn't for you. If you're ever charged by mistake, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

Do you charge per person?

No. Pro and Team are flat prices, and Founding Member is one payment. Inviting someone into a shared workspace never changes your bill.

Can I use it on my Mac or iPad?

TWO runs in any browser and installs to your Dock or home screen like an app. Native Mac and iPad apps are on the roadmap.
